Why Cid×Vincent?

When I first started reading Valenwind fics, I really only liked the pairing in theory. It seemed to me that although the two of them do go together well, it just doesn't fit with the canon. As I read more and more fics, though, I came to realize that canon does not equal a pairing's plausibility. After that, I just started liking it more and more.

When I realized that there wasn't already a Valenwind fanlisting, I was shocked. WTF? I've read all of these fanfics, and there's not a fanlisting already? was what ran through my mind. I promptly applied for the fanlisting and got approved, and here we are now. I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that I got to own the fanlisting for my #1 FFVII OTP. I'm still not sure when it became my OTP, but there's no denying that it is now.

Spooky & Flyboy? WTF?

I'm sure you're wondering where the hell I got the bizarre name of this shrine from. Actually, it's from one of MakoRedEyes's fics. She refers to Cid and Vincent as "Spooky & Flyboy," and so I asked her if she wouldn't mind if I used it for the fanlisting name. She said it was okay, and here we are! I was considering "Valenwind," another MRE creation, but I think this works a lot better.

Credits

Let's see here... It's always a pain to go back after the fact and figure out which stuff I used, and from whom. Okay, good. All three of the textures I used are from Illusion of Nirvana. Everything else is default Photoshop stuff or gradients that have no identifying label.
